Shortly after we arrived the tour started. A member of the family took us around the city, even to places you will never enter anyway. Then we were served at the balcony, upstairs. We were treated as special guests. Later we asked Ana Maria and Marcial to join us for the diners. So we became a part of their family. It was much better as the owners and their grater family are really great people. We had excursions every day with a member of the family. It was really a great experience. We loved to stay here. Definitely recommended.

"Ana Maria and Marcial were extremely gracious, warm, and beautiful hosts. The food was delicious! As a vegetarian, everyone kept telling me I would starve, but everything was so tasty!!! I think I gained weight! They even made wonderful pina coladas for us! They were very helpful in arranging a kind-spirited driver (Elmer) to pick us up from Santiago. The room has large airy windows with natural light and beautiful green trees and plants outside, as well as a private balcony. Private bathroom and very quiet. Laundry service, breakfast and dinner all available. The rooftop terrace has an amazing view of town and ocean. I would love to stay here again and wish I had been able to stay for more time.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl. Das Zimmer war sauber, hell und gemütlich. Einfach toll war der eigene Balkon und die Dachterrasse, von der man auf die ganze Stadt blicken konnte. Auf der Dachterrasse haben wir gefrühstückt und unser 3-Gänge-Menü verspeist, was vorzüglich war. Umringt von vielen Palmen, fühlten wir uns wie im Dschungel, einmalig auf unserer Reise durch Kuba. Bis zum Zentrum der Stadt sind es 5 Min. Fußweg. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen! Vielen Dank Ana Maria und Marcial für eure Gastfreundschaft, eure Geschenke und Freundlichkeit. Elena und Norbert

The room of casa el balcon is very cosy, with huges windows facing the beautiful gardensite, where are many banana threes. also to the room belong a small balcony. the bathroom with shower is ensuite. cleaning service as well towel/bedlinen change is provided regulary. everything is very clean and comfortable. the food is absolutely delicios! you should try the amazing seafood which is prepared in coconut sa uce. thats a speciality of baracoa. everything is very well prepared with a lot of passion of the great hosts ana maria y marcial! the offer for breakfast is fresh juice, exotic fresh fruits, omelette and much more. all meals you can have at the beautiful rooftop terrace with seaview! ana maria y marcial are amazing hosts and help you with everything to make sure you have unforgetable days in baracoa! i highly recommend this casa! laundry service is provided. ana maria y marcial are amazing hosts and give support for all things to make sure you have unforgetable holidays. Nuestra casa está situada en el centro histórico de la ciudad, a sólo 150 metros de la plaza central, vivimos en un segundo nivel solo mi esposo y yo, tenemos sala-comedor, la habitación posee un balcón con vista al jardín y tiene muy buena ventilación natural, aire acondicionado, baño privado con agua fria y caliente las 24 horas, dos camas, tenemos muy buena higiene y en estos momentos estamos en fase de terminación de una terraza con vista al mar, la ciudad y las montañas que nos rodean. Ofrecemos servicios gastronómicos, de lavandería, alquiler de bicicletas, cuidado de coche, información histórica y cultural de la ciudad, información sobre excursiones, itinerarios y agencias de viajes. De manera general, en nuestra casa les brindamos a nuestros clientes buen trato, seguridad y privacidad.
Description of the house
Our house is located in the historical center of the city, to only 150 meters of the central square, my husband and I live in a second alone level, we have room-dining room, the room possesses a balcony with view to the garden and have very good natural ventilation, air conditioning, private bathroom with cold water and heat the 24 hours, two beds, we have very good hygiene and in these moments we are in phase of termination of a terrace with view to the sea, the city and the mountains that surround us. We offer gastronomic services, of laundry, rent of bicycles, car care, historical and cultural information of the city, information has more than enough trips, itineraries and travel agencies. In a general way, in our house we offer to our clients good treatment, security and privacy.
